AWAARGI Refund and Returns Policy
At AWAARGI, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below carefully.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. This period includes return transit time.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items with odours, stains, or signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.
- All returned items are assessed upon arrival, and if they fail our quality check, they will be returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear and socks are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns Process:
- Returns are made at the customer’s own cost.
- We recommend using a reliable courier or domestic postal service and obtaining proof of postage.
- The returned parcel remains your responsibility until it is received and processed at our warehouse.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be informed via email about the next steps.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for size changes and subject to stock availability.
- To request an exchange, please email us with your order number and required size.
- Exchanges are dispatched via standard delivery only (not express).
- Exchanges can only be made up to the original value of the purchased item.
- During sale days, an additional PKR 150 will be charged for exchanges.
- Courier charges for exchanges must be paid by the customer.
Refunds:
- Refunds are only issued for faulty or incorrect items received.
- Faulty item claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Claims made after 30 days will be considered normal wear and tear and may be denied.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a replacement item is unavailable, AWAARGI reserves the right to issue a refund or store credit equal to the original product value, provided the item meets all return criteria.
- Processing Time
- Returns and exchanges are processed within 2–4 working days after receipt at our warehouse.
Policy Rights:
AWAARGI reserves the right to:
- Reject returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
- Return items to the customer in the same condition they were received if the policy terms are not met.
